2. How to Return an Item

  4. Shipping the Return: Ship the item(s) back to the provided return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If everything is in order:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Exchanges

  2. Return Instructions: We will provide a return label at no cost to you, and a full refund or replacement will be issued after the item is returned.

6. Refunds for Gifts

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, we can issue a gift card for the value of the item, or we can process the refund to the original purchaser’s payment method.
